Unable to get through to them...
have been unable to get satisfaction from either Auslogics or Paddles.....both seem very hard to get through to with what seems like a simple request: "Cancel subscription". Note this does NOT include request for refund! Will wait to see of charge appears on credit card

Incorrectly Billed Twice for One License Renewal
Auslogics,
This is my SECOND email on this and consequently my patience is waning. I have been billed for one license and I have submitted the invoice in a prior email.
Thus far no one from Auslogics has even acknowledged this issue much less take action to issue a credit for one of the license charges.
Both invoices were against my credit card.
IF I DO NOT HERE FROM YOU BY END OF BUSINESS TOMORROW (I.E.
FRIDAY 12/9/2022) I WILL CONTACT Citi Bank CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND ISSUE A "DISPUTE" TO AVOID ANY PAYMENT OF THE EXTRA LICENSE - and all my on-line reviews will be composed of issues to share with all on the internet about the lack of integrity of the Auslogics company.
Please, please, do the right thing ASAP, find my two invoices and two credit charges, and issue a credit for one of these two licneses as it is in error - and we can all end this happily!
